Targa on, rear top down. Why? Why the fuck not?
Wow, the targa rattles and squeaks like a motherfucker. I can tighten the clamps, but getting it right takes a lot of trial and error.

The bald mans convertible. I cannot count how many times I burned my head in my old z28 convertible. The Targa seems great.

Looks fine to me, and soon I’ll be able to do the same thing. I am in the process of replacing the shot-to-Hell OEM top on my ‘04 Miata, so I ordered a top with a heated glass window that you can unzip. That way, I can have something like top-down breeziness even when it’s raining. Also during our cruel, intolerable seven-month-long Florida summers I can have it shade me from the abominable Florida sun.
It’s going to be like the top on my old ‘93, “Eleven Cent,” which had an unzippable plastic window, except that when the window is up I’ll be able to clearly see what’s in the rear-view mirror rather than just seeing a blurred image that might, or might not, be a police car back there...

YES! My MR2 doesn’t have this option. The Honda CR-X Del Sol had a wind-down rear window, I want it!
